Understanding Workspaces

All your configurations, endpoints, and chats are organized into workspaces. When you sign up, a personal workspace is automatically created for you.

Workspaces allow you to:

  • Organize configurations by project or client
  • Share access with team members (coming soon)
  • Separate production and development environments

You can switch between workspaces using the dropdown in the navigation header.
